These Terms of Service govern your use of the HausLink platform, operated by AfriPrime Holdings Group Ltd. By creating an account or using HausLink, you agree to these terms.

HausLink connects tenants and landlords in Rwanda for property discovery, applications, rent collection, and property management. Users are responsible for the accuracy of information they submit, including identity documents required for KYC verification.

Landlords are responsible for the accuracy of property listings and compliance with local rental regulations. Tenants are responsible for timely rent payments through supported payment methods.

HausLink reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or engage in fraudulent activity.
